A Team Building Format is designed to engage co-workers, in a participatory manner, through fun and interactive activities.  Team building is an effective approach to build comradery, unity, bridge any divides that exist, and provide a great overall forum to get to know each other.  Effective team building is not about playing games or completing activities.  This training incorporates activities focused on building collaboration skills, trust, communication, purpose, unity, and problem solving.  Training can be in a meeting room or at an outdoor/event destination for greater activity opportunities.
